Description
The project of Yangquan Coal Industry Shouyang with an annual output of 2 million tonnes of urea co-produced with 400,000 tonnes of ethylene glycol is the first general contracting project in the field of coal chemical industry of Sinosteel Equipment Co. Its characteristics are: flammable, explosive, easy to be poisoned; high temperature, high pressure, process continuity, high degree of automation of the control process; long process pipelines, flammable and explosive media. Therefore, the quality of equipment installation and media pipeline anti-static grounding requirements are correspondingly high. Construction site is narrow, causing great difficulties to the construction. However, under careful organization, not a single quality and safety accident occurred, and the project won the "2016 Chemical Industry Quality Engineering Award". The construction speed of the project is fast, from the official start of construction on 15 September 2014 to the successful delivery of the single-unit test run in January 2016, and on 16 November 2016, the owner reached the standard of test production and continuously produced high-quality ethylene glycol, which marked the complete success of the project. In this project, CME sent 60 people to provide equipment supervision, on-site management services, construction process cost management, project settlement and cooperated with the project department to complete the owner's audit work, and satisfactorily completed the claim work for the project department, involving equipment supervision, safety, electrical, civil engineering, data, quality, technology, cost control and other related professions of many project management departments.
