Engineering Management
The department of engineering has rich experience in EPC management services for engineering projects, and the projects it has participated in cover the whole metallurgical processes such as coking, sintering, pelletising, blast furnace, steel making, continuous casting, rolling, air separation, etc., as well as chemical process, power generation, and mineral processing projects. Relying on information technology software, the department adopts professional and standardized work mode to achieve visualization of project control, informatization of personnel management and networking of training and education. Over the years, the department of engineering has adhered to the concepts of scientific innovation, efficient management and high quality service, and continues to provide professional project management services for metallurgical infrastructure projects.
At present, the overseas projects joined by the department of engineering involve 10 countries and regions such as Russia, Bolivia, Algeria, Mongolia, Indonesia, Turkey and India, and the domestic projects cover more than 20 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) such as Hebei, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Yunnan, Shanxi, Hainan and Fujian.
