Equipment Supervision


CME’s Department of Supervision was established in 1998. With the development of the equipment supervision industry, the department's equipment supervision business has embarked on the road of normalization and standardization. The department of supervision is mainly engaged in the supervision of key equipment for metallurgy, mining, electric power, coal chemical industry and other projects, and it also provides technology development and consulting services and other businesses.

The department of supervision has a high-quality project team of professional and technical personnel. The current equipment manufacturing supervision possesses 25 professionals, including 12 registered equipment supervision engineers, 8 professional supervisors. Committed to lower cost, more efficient and high-quality services, the department of supervision adheres to the quality policy of “advanced technology, scientific methods, excellent products, satisfactory service”, in order to execute quality and progress control throughout the whole equipment manufacturing.

The business of supervision is spreading both at home and abroad. Overseas projects are mainly distributed in Turkey, Iran, South Africa, India, Indonesia, Australia, Algeria, Kazakhstan, Brazil, Peru, Russia, Ukraine and other countries; Domestic involves Baosteel, Chongqing Iron&Steel, Ma Steel, Liuzhou Iron&Steel, Xingcheng  Special Steel, Canton Jinshenglan Steel, HBIS and other enterprises. Equipment Supervision business covers the full process technology of metallurgical industry like raw materials, coking, sintering, pelletising, iron making, steel making, rolling, hydrogen-based smelting, and environmental protection, etc. The non-steel collar has involved in the supervision of equipment manufacturing for power and coal chemical projects, such as power plant in Turkey and Mongolia, and coal chemical project equipment supervision.

The department has set up regional supervisory outlets in the Northeast China, North China, Northwest China, East China and South China, covering 90% of the country, in order to implement a grid-based management to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
