From August 19 to 21, 2009, Beijing Guojin Hengxin Management System Certification Co., Ltd. carried out a two-day annual supervision and audit on our company. This audit is the second annual supervision and audit after our company passed GB/T19001-2000-ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification in November 2007. The scope of the audit is equipment supervision, project management and related consulting services for metallurgical, mechanical and environmental protection projects, the audit focuses on the manager, manager's representative, technical director, supervision department and engineering department Cangzhou vertical and horizontal sintering phase ii project. the audit procedures and sampling evidence collection are scientific, fair and objective. after the non-conformance report put forward by the audit team is confirmed by our company, the audit conclusion is formed. The audit team believes that the operation of our company's quality management system is appropriate and effective. Judging from the results of this review, the company's management method is more scientific and standardized.
The audit team believes that the management level, functional level and executive level of our company have all reached the target requirements, the economic indicators have been completed well, and the service quality has been significantly improved. It has been well received in personnel post evaluation, personnel structure adjustment, service specification, project management manual and detailed rules specification, fixed asset investment, data collection, rationalization of internal audit work and organization and development of management review.
