On May 21, 2009, more than 20 leaders, department heads, project managers, directors and some employees of China Metallurgical Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Metallurgical Engineering) participated in the tenure assessment and debriefing report meeting of department heads organized by Sinosteel Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sinosteel Equipment) in the conference room 2702 of Sinosteel International Plaza, together with Sinosteel equipment leaders and heads of departments, they listened to the debriefing reports of Liu Zhiyan, general manager of China Metallurgical Engineering, and Xin Haiyan, deputy general manager, and made comments.
At this meeting, in view of the special situation that China Metallurgical Engineeringand Sinosteel Equipment are not working in the same place and employees are inconvenient to communicate with each other at ordinary times, a meeting content was specially added for the representatives of China Metallurgical Engineering.
Qiu Zhe, deputy general manager of Sinosteel Equipment and chairman ofChina Metallurgical Engineering, introduced the members of the new leadership team of Sinosteel Equipment and the division of work, and introduced the heads of various departments of Sinosteel Equipment who participated in the meeting.
Lu Pengcheng, general manager of Sinosteel equipment, delivered an ebullient speech, affirming the rapid development and achievements of China Metallurgical Engineering in recent years, and expressing gratitude to China Metallurgical Engineering for the support provided by Sinosteel equipment business development in engineering management, equipment supervision and personnel service. Mr. Lu pointed out that China Metallurgical Engineering has the foundation and strength for long-term development. As a service-oriented company, it should adhere to the development direction of refinement and specialization, pay attention to the maintenance of relevant qualifications of enterprises, strengthen the improvement of employees' professional qualifications and business skills, and become a respected enterprise in the industry by benchmarking domestic and foreign counterparts. Lu Zong stressed that China Metallurgical Engineering's business is mainly to serve various professional departments of Sinosteel Equipment. Therefore, all departments of Sinosteel Equipment should strongly support the development of China Metallurgical Engineering. The employees of China Metallurgical Engineering sent to various project departments can be strict in their work, but they should pay more attention to their life. Both sides should think in other places, strengthen communication, friendly cooperation and common development.
After President Lu's speech, there was warm applause at the meeting. Every employee of China Metallurgical Engineering present felt full of warmth and relief, and they would return to their jobs with this warmth and relief.
Strengthen school-enterprise exchanges and seek common cooperation and development
On May 16, Wang Chuanqing, general manager of Guoye Ruicheng, Wang Xinjiang, deputy general manager, Wang Dongmei, manager of the comprehensive department, and others visited Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications for exchange. The United Humanities College held a special exchange meeting on campus in the teaching building. According to the document of china association of equipment supervision (zhongshe xietong zi [2022] No. 12) and the notice on the application of 2022 equipment supervision science and technology award, China Metallurgical Engineering Co., Ltd. has decided to select the "striver" manned submersible project with the participation of the technology development department as the participating project, and the application award grade is the first prize, which is hereby announced.
