On August 5 and 11, 2008, Beijing Guojin Hengxin Management System Certification Co., Ltd. carried out a two-day annual supervision and audit on our company. This audit is the annual supervision and audit after our company passed GB/T19001-2000-ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification in November 2007. The scope of the audit is equipment supervision, project management and related consulting services for metallurgical, mechanical and environmental protection projects, the audit focuses on the management, management representative, technical director and engineering department. The audit procedures and sampling evidence collection are scientific, fair and objective. After the non-conformity report put forward by the audit team is confirmed by our company, the audit conclusion is finally formed. The audit team believes that the operation of our company's quality management system is appropriate and effective, but it still needs continuous improvement. The management has made great progress, and the quality awareness of personnel and human resources have been improved, especially in internal audit, customer satisfaction survey and return visit, and modification of procedure documents to improve the practicality of the management manual.
For the deficiencies raised in this audit, our company will formulate feasible corrective measures and seriously rectify them to be implemented, so as to achieve the purpose of promoting the development of various businesses of our company with the help of external audit forces and make management to a new level.
