About the project: The goal of this project is to develop a deep-sea manned submersible with independent intellectual property rights that adopts a variety of high-tech, new materials and new technology integration, so that its overall technical indicators reach the international leading level. The deep-sea manned submersible “Harmony” is a major special project under the 863 Plan of the Tenth Five-Year Plan of the People's Republic of China, which is divided into 11 sub-systems.
Service scope of CME: Supervision of programme design stage, preliminary design stage, detailed design stage, equipment manufacturing stage, equipment installation and commissioning stage, and supervision of the quality, progress and funding of the sea trial stage.
