Description
Project overview: Jiangyin Xingcheng Special Steel Phase II construction of a converter steelmaking-molten steel refining-billet continuous casting-continuous rolling production line. The steelmaking workshop is equipped with a set of molten iron pretreatment facilities, a top-bottom composite blowing converter with a capacity of 100t, a 100tLF furnace, a 100tRH vacuum degassing device, a 180 × 180 five-machine five-stream billet continuous casting machine and its corresponding public and auxiliary facilities. The new converter workshop adopts the advanced production process of blast furnace molten iron-molten iron pretreatment-top-bottom composite blowing converter-secondary refining of molten steel.
Scope of service: supervision of equipment manufacturing stage and on-site installation stage, including procurement, manufacturing, on-site installation and commissioning of equipment within the scope of the contract until the acceptance of the equipment of the project.
