Description
1. Project Overview
The 125-ton dust removal equipment exported to Russia is the general contractor of Italian CONCAST Company and the supplier of Sinosteel Equipment Company (in the name of CONCAST). The project includes the production of two long-bag low-pressure pulse dust collector shells. The main form is the production of single-piece riveted welding parts, and contains a small number of machined parts and some purchased parts.
Scope of 2. supervision:
(I) factory manufacturing part, all riveted welding parts, machining parts production and purchased parts
Contents of (II) supervision
1. Material and production process of raw materials.
2. Manufacturing process and processing quality of parts.
3, master the situation of unqualified parts and processing quality.
4. Check and coordinate the manufacturing progress of contract equipment.
5. Check the derusting treatment, painting, appearance quality and packaging quality of the equipment.
6. Coordinate equipment delivery and other work.
