Project overview:
This project will build an annual output of 2.2 million tons (two phases) coke oven project, designed for 4 x 55 holes (two phases) 6m coke oven and the use of dry and wet coke quenching process, including coal preparation, coking, screening and storage, gas purification, public auxiliary, coke quenching, chemical production recovery, waste heat power generation and other process units.
The main equipment of this project (1# and 2# coke ovens) includes: feeding belt conveyor, crushing equipment, coal storage bin, batching bin, etc. of the coal preparation system; coke oven of the coking system, coke oven four trucks (coal loading dust removal truck, coke pushing machine, coke blocking machine, coke quenching car), screw feeder, etc.; vibrating feeder, electro-hydraulic separation device, discharge device, etc. of the coke screen storage system; mechanized ammonia water clarification tank, electric tar collector, gas centrifugal fan, tar centrifugal fan, mechanized separator, various heat exchangers, final cooling tower, benzene washing tower, ammonia washing tower, ammonia steaming tower, ammonia decomposition furnace and various pump valves of gas purification system; various dust removal devices of public and auxiliary systems; the blowing device, loading device, coke tank lifting device, rotary sealing valve, rotary coke tank and trolley of the coke quenching system; the waste heat boiler and waste heat generator set of the waste heat power generation system.
