Project overview:
This project will build an annual output of 1.5 million tons of tamping coke oven project. It is designed as a 4 × 56-hole 4.3m coke oven and adopts wet coke quenching process, including coal preparation, coking, coke quenching, dust removal, coke screening, chemical recovery and other process units.
The main equipment of this project includes: feeding belt conveyor, crushing equipment, coal storage bin, batching bin, etc. of the coal preparation system; coke oven, coke oven four trucks (coal loading coke pusher, smoke elimination and dust removal machine, dust removal and coke blocking machine, coke quenching machine), mobile tamping machine, vibrating feeder, etc. of the coking system; coke quenching pump room, coke quenching tower, coke quenching water spray pipe, dust collection device, coke sedimentation tank, clean water tank, coke dehydration table and electric monorail grab crane, coke table, scraper coke release machine, etc.
