Typical Performance
Description
The MMK 2X300m2 sintering project in Russia is designed to produce 5.5 million tonnes of sintered ore per year, using two 2x300m2 sintering production lines, with supporting construction of raw material area, desulphurisation area and corresponding utility auxiliary facilities. The sinter utilization factor is 1.157t/(m2.h). The sintering process starts from the flux fuel preparation room to the finished sintered ore delivery. It includes flux fuel preparation room, fuel pre-screening room, batching room, primary mixing room, secondary mixing room, sinter belt cooling room, finished product screening room, finished product sampling room, finished product chute and SZ1~SZ4 transfer station, of which the flux fuel preparation room and fuel pre-screening room are shared by two sintering machines. The finished product screening room, finished product sampling room, finished product chute and finished product chute are standby for each other for the two sintering machines. The rest of the workshops are divided into No.1 and No.2 systems. In this project, CME has dispatched 33 people to the site to provide equipment supervision and on-site management services, involving equipment supervision, construction manager, equipment, electrics, data, translation and many other project management disciplines.
