In order to enhance team cohesion, enhance communication and understanding among employees, and relieve work pressure, our company held a two-day outward bound training at the People's Education (GROUP) Beijing School on July 19, 2008. The theme of the training is team experience. The specific items include back fall, broken bridge, power grid, inspiring people, thunder array, jigsaw puzzle, post transmission, survival, etc. Everyone was in high spirits and went all out in the training. In a short period of two days, all the employees participating in the development work together to unite and cooperate, wash away their hearts, challenge themselves, sum up their failures and enjoy success.
This outward bound training has achieved the expected effect, the staff responded well and was a complete success. The company hopes that everyone can apply all the gains of this outward bound training to life and work. In the future, the company will organize similar activities in a timely manner to enrich the lives of employees, mobilize enthusiasm, and enhance the sense of collective honor, so that our team will gradually become a vigorous, united, courageous and knowledgeable team.

On May 16, Wang Chuanqing, general manager of Guoye Ruicheng, Wang Xinjiang, deputy general manager, Wang Dongmei, manager of the comprehensive department, and others visited Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications for exchange.
