On July 16, 2008, our company held a three-day training on "mechanical drawing recognition". Comrade Sun Weimin, an experienced old engineer, explained to the students the basic knowledge of mechanical drawing recognition and the doubts and difficulties often encountered in the work. The students were mainly composed of young employees from the supervision department. This training first arranges a pre-training test. According to the test results, the trainer understands the basis of the trainees and adjusts the training content accordingly to make it targeted and practical. Throughout the training process, staff learning enthusiasm is very high, the learning atmosphere is very strong, answer questions enthusiastically, positive thinking.
