Cangzhou Zongheng Huanghua New District Iron and Steel Joint Enterprise Phase I Project 240m2 Sintering Machine Completed and Put into Production

On September 19, 2008, the 240m2 sintering machine of the first phase of the Cangzhou Zonghuang Huanghua New District Iron and Steel Joint Enterprise constructed by Sinosteel Equipment Co., Ltd. was successfully put into operation, and sinter was successfully produced at 18:28 on September 19. The smooth operation of the sintering machine alleviates the pressure of insufficient supply of purchased sinter from Cangzhou Zongheng Huanghua New District Iron and Steel Complex, and provides a strong guarantee for the smooth operation of the 2350m3 blast furnace that has been put into operation.

Two main projects of the first phase of the Cangzhou Zongheng Huanghua New District Iron and Steel Joint Enterprise have been officially put into operation one after another.

On September 23, 2008, the 150-ton converter steelmaking project and the 1-machine double-flow slab continuous caster project of the first phase of the Cangzhou Zongheng Huanghua New District Iron and Steel Joint Enterprise undertaken by Sinosteel Equipment Co., Ltd. were successfully commissioned and officially put into production. Operation has created good conditions for the smooth realization of the first phase of the project.

India SISCOL steel plant with an annual output of 400000 tons of non-recycling coke oven passed the final acceptance of the owner.

India SISCOL Steel Plant annual output of 400000 tons of non-recycling coke oven project is a non-recycling coke oven project contracted by China Steel Equipment Co., Ltd. abroad. The current 48-hole coke oven and the latter 48-hole coke oven were put into operation on February 16 and November 5, 2007 respectively.

On September 15, 2008, the 1#2350m3 blast furnace of the first phase of the Cangzhou Zonghuhua New District Iron and Steel Joint Enterprise constructed by Sinosteel Equipment Co., Ltd. was successfully ignited, and the first furnace of molten iron was successfully produced on September 16 and entered the heat load test stage.

In 2008, the Quality Certification Center conducted the first supervision and audit of our company.

On August 5 and 11, 2008, Beijing Guojin Hengxin Management System Certification Co., Ltd. carried out a two-day annual supervision and audit on our company. This audit is the annual supervision and audit after our company passed GB/T19001-2000-ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification in November 2007. The scope of the audit is equipment supervision, project management and related consulting services for metallurgical, mechanical and environmental protection projects, the audit focuses on the management, management representative, technical director and engineering department. The audit procedures and sampling evidence collection are scientific, fair and objective. After the non-conformity report put forward by the audit team is confirmed by our company, the audit conclusion is finally formed. The audit team believes that the operation of our company's quality management system is appropriate and effective, but it still needs continuous improvement. The management has made great progress, and the quality awareness of personnel and human resources have been improved, especially in internal audit, customer satisfaction survey and return visit, and modification of procedure documents to improve the practicality of the management manual.
